At Rocketstay, our Short-Term Rental service module is simple: We manage your high-end condos and multifamily rentals so you can sit back and enjoy the income.
Our copywriting team custom builds and curates your listings to help you compete against your new compset: condos, apartments, homes, and villas. On average it takes our team just five (5) business days to curate the listing, complete a test booking, and submit to Airbnb for approval. After our team receives the approval from Airbnb we’ll schedule a kickoff/training call with your on-property team.
After the guest checks out from your property, our contact center again takes over the post stay engagement and conversation. Our contact center helps get out in front of any issues that may have happened during the guest stay that they did not communicate to your on-property team. This ensures that any issues are handled prior to the guest writing their review of your property.
Airbnb is 100% powered by reviews. Your placement on Airbnb is driven only by guest reviews. It is Rocketstay’s goal to help a property obtain the most 5 star reviews possible. Rocketstay’s contact center will reach out to staff prior to guest checkout if we are alerted to an unfavorable guest experience and work to prevent a subpar review.
