Our building was an older building, but inside the apartment is fully and newly renovated with comfortable modern furnishings. The building is right on the river (great for boat watching!!) and is walking distance to Las Olas Blvd, along the river walkway and over the bridge. Jason responds quickly to any questions and was super to work with. We would return!
